In Rojas's tiny open kitchen, the art of homemade breakfast,desserts, soups, sandwiches, salads,tacos, burritos, salsas and plates with American/Italian influence are prepared fresh. The menu has a great variety for every mood and taste, it also allows for many new creative dishes you can experience when you come in. The meats are always fresh and cooked when ordered. No food warmers or coffee makers.No artificial flavors, only fresh herbs. No preservatives or additives. The produce is hand-picked at the farmer's market or delivered in small quantities by the Tamai family owned farm in Oxnard. Nothing is deep fried, salty or oily.
