Señor Fish established in July of 1988 by Enrique and Alicia Ramirez, siblings who grew up in Northeast Los Angeles, and whose parents hailed from Guadalajara, Mexico.The original Señor Fish was located on North Figueroa Street in Highland Park, in a minuscule kiosk that was known to serve hundreds of hungry Angelinos a day. Cocina & Catina Señor Fish DTLA/Little Tokyo location was formally the historic Atomic Café, a famous music club that helped start DTLA early 80s music scene
