The Cheese Store of Silverlake sells a variety of fine cheeses, wines and other gourmet products. Cheese types include sheep, goat and cow. Wine selections are available from the Napa Valley and Australia and include Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Mescolanza, among other grape varieties. Gourmet brands offered include Molinari Meats, Isabella's Cookies, McQuade's Celtic Chutney and June Taylor Preserves. All products sold are chosen by proprietor Chris Pollan. Customers can also purchase custom gift baskets, party platters, gift certificates and freshly made paninis and tortas.
