The folks at Wetzel's Pretzels like to think of themselves as "a little twisted." That might sound strange, until you see the pretzel concoctions that are created in this small corner location at Westfield Mall in Century City. The idea is simple: they create pretzels with interesting flavors and ingredients, add four or five sauces, then bake fresh; and if it doesn't sell in 30 minutes, it gets thrown out.
