Whiskey Blue is located inside the upscale W Hotel in Westwood; near the heart of Westwood Village and not far from the UCLA campus. It's a chic, sleek martini lounge created by hotelier Rande Gerber as a place to sip on cocktails, whether you are a guest of the hotel or a local looking for a fun, hip lounge in which to spend an evening near Westwood Village. The interior has a beautiful, artsy elegant yet relaxed feel, and the more intimate Gray Room within, which can be reserved for private parties and events, contains four beds on which guests can lounge and even pull down shades for added privacy. It has a full bar and serves a menu of small plates (a variety of pizzas, cheese plate, fries, etc.) until 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays and midnight the remainder of the week. The drink menu ranges from wines by the glass to bottle service and an array of specialty cocktails, scotch and port.
