Looking for a fun dinner for your date? Bring them here for an active cooking experience. Want to interest children in cooking? Have them participate in choosing hot pot ingredients, but please keep them safe from the tabletop flames and grill. 

As Hot Pot City is buffet-styled, patrons choose from a variety of raw meats, seafoods, crisp vegetables, and noodles from the buffet bar, bringing plates back to their tables to cook in their hot pot soup broth. There are three soup broths to choose from: regular, chili and herbal. (Extra fees apply for the chili and herbal broths). Popular items for hot pot cooking include: sliced lamb and beef, egg dumplings, fish balls, tempura sticks, enoki mushrooms and noodles.

For those preferring to use the adjacent table grill, choose from Hot Pot's selection of premarinated beef, lamb, pork and chicken. Remember to pick up a bowl of dipping sauce, as sauce is an important element to Taiwanese hot pot. The most common and favorite sauce is the Taiwanese BBQ sauce, but the "sauce bar" carries ingredients and spices customers can use to add to their own creations. 

In addition to the raw foods, the buffet bar also includes drinks and ingredients to make original desserts. Get creative while concocting desserts with sweets such as red and green mung beans, tapioca, coconut milk,  condensed milk, and Hot Pot's shaved ice machine. Prices are charged per customer and happy hour prices start after 10pm. Reservations are suggested for parties of more than six people. Take note that the last seating allowed is one hour prior to closing.
