The Flame Broiler is a health-conscious restaurant specializing in rice bowls topped with a variety of meats and vegetables. The restaurant uses fresh ingredients with no trans fat, no MSG, no skin and gluten free options. All of the items are flame broiled, never fried, for better tasting meals. Menu items include the Chicken Bowl, Beef Veggie Bowl, Beef Plate, Chicken and Beef Plate, Rib Plate and the Works Plate to name a few.

The first restaurant opened in 1995 serving simple, healthy, delicious Korean-style fast food. The restaurant quickly expanded to 78 locations throughout California and 2 in Arizona. It is located in a large shopping plaza next to Union Bank and Baskin Robbins with ample outdoor and indoor seating.
