Since his childhood Tom always dreamed of opening an Italian Ristorante. When Tom and Karyn first met, they shared this common dream, which is now a reality. It has been said that when eating in Italy you experience the age-old gift of making art out of life. Tom and Karyn have certainly recreated that spirit. Galletto Ristorante resides in a 1930s-era art deco former Wells Fargo Bank. When Tom and Karyn saw it he knew instantly that it was the right building for his vision of a family restaurant serving the best Italian food.
