Canyon Early Learning Center is a public preschool operated by the Monrovia Unified School District and located on Canyon Boulevard.

CELC's curriculum is based on the High Scope philosophy, which is designed to develop a child's ability to make plans and stick with them through playful activities. The school is free for families who qualify for state funding. Families who do not qualify can pay $375 per month for the half-day schedule and $625 per month for the full-day schedule.
