Named after owner Hui-Kyong's hometown in Korea, Won Ju offers food that is completely authentic to its Korean roots. "My momma had a big restaurant in Korea. I watched her as a girl and learned what I know today," she says. Won Ju is the closest you'll get to real Korean food. Most dishes are grilled over open flame and served right in the hot pot in which they are cooked. Hui-Kyong is very particular about keeping the food original to its true Korean origin, but also seeks to meet the growing demand for light and healthy eating. Portions are large and each entree comes with an assortment of Korean side dishes such as Kim Chi, potatoes, cucumbers and green onions prepared in tasty sauces.
