Carmen and Lias Harchaoui took over the space formerly known as The Hub, remodeled, and reopened in November 2009. They combined their first names to choose Carli's as the name for the restaurant.

Some of the favorites from The Hub are still on the menu, like the famous homemade french fries and potato chips. Lias also brought back the cinnamon rolls. Other menu highlights include several vegetarian options, gourmet stone oven pizza, breakfast starting at 5am and daily lunch specials. Catering is available, as is free delivery ($12 minimum).
