Moraga Movers is an activity club for senior citizens to promote healthy living. It's a place where local residents aged above 55 can participate in social activities, such as book reviews, bridge and card games, bowling and bocce ball, monthly lunches or dinners, trips and tours and so much more. Members receive a monthly bulletin, access to a free lending library and receive a $2.00 Moraga Recreation class discount. One of the most fun events the group offers is 'Classic Movie Night' which is on the first Thursday of the month for a classic movie and light refreshments. Movies begin at 2pm and last approximately two hours. Past selections have included Casablanca, Sunset Boulevard, Cat on Hot Tin Roof and To Kill a Mockingbird.
