Trend Restaurant serves Chinese food in a Sichuan tradition. Chinese characters on the outside the restaurant read, "Sichuan food as if it were invented outside of Sichuan." The menu boasts a seemingly endless variety of creative and spicy dishes. Favorites include Spicy Boiled Beef and Stewed Taiwanese Black Bass with garlic and tofu. The decor is simple and clean, with red and yellow highlights throughout. Reservations are recommended on weekends.
