Bialla Vineyards are nestled in the heights of the world-renowned appellation of Atlas Peak. The vines on these slopes are properly drained and get plenty of sunshine during the day and cooler breezes at night. Elevated well above fog level, the vines grow hardily with ideal environmental nutrients and pristine air quality. Each vine is hand de-stemmed and the wine is processed by hand through the whole process. The boutique vineyard is closely watched by the cult-wine category of discriminating tastes. Beyond the status quo, Bialla's signature cult wine is a robust Cabernet Sauvignon with sophisticated complexity that attenuates smoothly. It has received well above 90 points from Wine Spectator. The winery sold its first limited edition in 2003. This one is closely watched by those in the know and registering on its mailing list is well worth it.
