When growers throughout Napa, including Odisea Vineyards, Brian Arden Wines and Covenant Wines, need to crush their grapes, they turn them over to the trusted hands of Falcor Winery. Falcor is a boutique family winery established in 1995 that crushes 15,000 cases of grapes a year. The winery specializes in reds, cabernet and cabernet blends, such as the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley. Falcor is also well-known for its 2007 Durell Vineyard Chardonnay. Falcor Winery has been at Napa Corporate Drive since 2006 and holds tastings at this location from 10am to 5pm daily.
