Sodaro Estate Winery has featured three generations in the wine business. Giuseppe Sodaro grandfathered the family in the cooperage business, hand-crafting wine barrels in 19th century Italy. Don Sodaro first set roots on the estate in Napa in 1998. The same passion for wine is encapsulated in the boutique production of the Sodaro Estate, which in Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The Sodaro Estate Blend is a sophisticated mix of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, part Cabernet Franc, some Petit Verdot, and a smidgen of Malbec. It's full-bodied, with notes of currant, black raspberry and chocolate. Tours and tastings are available by appointment.
