The Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant is a family owned dine-in and take-out restaurant that has been open since 1994. We originally opened in Orcutt, California in 1994, where we remained for 5 years, and then moved out to Nipomo, California on April 1999. We have been serving our customers delicious Schezwan, Hunan, and Mandarin Cuisine for 16 years now and going! Golden Dragon is owned and run by husband and wife, Ben Lu and Ruby Lu. Ben works in the back of the restaurant and has been the cook since we opened, while his wife, Ruby, operates and waitresses in the front of the restaurant. We do our best to give our customers the best quality food and service that we can serve, which is why we carefully prepare all of the foods ourselves as well as get to know our customers personally with our friendly staff. This could be why most of our customers have been returning for years! (or they could just be coming back for the amazing twice cooked pork dish and mongolian beef).
