J & M Cafe is a small, but busy, Vietnamese food restaurant that has a loyal clientele. It offers a range of traditional Vietnamese cuisine with several entrees and a la carte items to choose from. The restaurant is in a small strip mall on the corner of Reseda Boulevard and Plummer Street, which is convenient to several bus lines and the 118 Freeway. The menu offers many popular choices, like lemongrass chicken and curry, but their most popular item is the pho. There are many different types to choose from, including chicken, beef and vegetable. No matter what, most items are between $6 and $8. The owners are very friendly and the restaurant is open every day of the week.
