The Harbor House Cafe is a popular breakfast place, just north of downtown Oceanside on North Coast Highway. It features its house special, which is a croissant with eggs, sausage, tomatoes, cheese and potatoes on top. It also offers plenty of scrambles, pancakes plates and lunch dishes, including a half pound burger. The interior is big, with plenty of seating in a family-friendly atmosphere. There are three tables outside on the patio for those who prefer to eat outdoors. The cafe is only open until 2pm every day, as it's mainly a breakfast restaurant. Credit cards are accepted, and parking is free on site in the attached lot.
