Hooligans has been serving the Oceanside community since 2008, when it took over the spot that used to be the Greenbriar Bar. Inside you'll find a sparkling clean, cozy bar, bedecked in Marine memorabilia like photos and flags. Fun distractions include multiple flat-screen TVs for sports games, two pool tables, a shuffleboard and a dart board. The bar doesn't serve food, but what it does a restaurant one better: On BBQ nights, for a suggested donation, you can go out on the back porch and cook yourself a burger using the bar's grill and ingredients!
