Jitters Coffee Pub is a coffee house that the owner touts as being a community clubhouse. It is situated within a small shopping strip near downtown Oceanside, with plenty of free parking available in an attached lot. There are seats outside, but the real action happens inside, where there is free Wi-Fi and a community atmosphere that has made Jitters a hotspot for coffee along North Coast Highway.
