The Maui Wowi café is located in the new Oceanside Terraces condo and apartment complex not far from the pier. It is a family-owned franchise which serves fresh Hawaiian- and European-style coffee, teas and soft drinks. With its views of the ocean, surf shack theme and furniture made from bamboo it’s easy to feel you’ve left California and are hanging out in Maui. It specializes in different blends of Kona coffee--a brand hailing from the main island of Hawaii. There are a few outside tables with views of the ocean and the pier. The menu also offers fruit smoothies, pastries and iced beverages. It also prepares sandwiches, soups and salads and fresh baked pastries. It offers free Wi-Fi access for those who want to hang loose and check e-mail on their laptops and smart phones.
