Exquisite Desserts is a wholesale bakery and specialty cake boutique serving the Coachella Valley. Owner Samantha Ward is a classically-trained pastry chef with years of experience working with world-class chefs. Ward specializes in catering extensive menus, custom wholesale pastries, petite pastries, cookies, cupcakes, and specialty cakes, and has plans to open a retail space in the coming months. It is paramount to this team that the customers' needs are expertly interpreted and that each specialty cake is made from scratch with skilled technique, complementary flavor combinations, and only the finest ingredients. Exquisite Desserts proudly services 20 of the top country clubs in the Coachella Valley, including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Cathedral City, Indian Wells, La Quinta, and Indio, and is a member of the Greater Palm Springs Wedding Association.
