Your home base at the Oasis offers Spanish-style villas spread over 27 acres of awe-inspiring desert landscape with 8 pools, 9 Jacuzzis, 4 fountains, 5 lighted tennis courts and 2 bikes with each unit. Discover the variety of things to do from the Walk of Stars in downtown to a cool trip on the Aerial Tramway or the International Film Festival. Dine under the stars, visit the Air Museum or Joshua Tree National Park- the desert is a year round adventure. Free Wi-Fi is available in rooms and common areas. Daily housekeeping is not provided at this accommodation. The Oasis Villa Resort Homeowners Association has approved the painting of the trim for the clubhouse, buildings and the perimeter fence. The project is scheduled to start April 21, 2014 and will end around June 30th, 2014. Work is scheduled from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (with quiet time from 7:30 am to 8:00 am) Monday through Friday. U.S. national holidays are excluded. Access to the patios might be restricted to owners and guests during this painting, as the contractor will need access through the patios. Please note a USD 50.00 refundable deposit required at check-in with credit card, or USD 150.00 cash. Additional note: There is a USD 250.00 fine for smoking in the units and a USD 350.00 fine for pets in the units. Minimum check-in age is 18.
