Black Bamboo Sushi has loads of creative sushi rolls, including its own signature fusion style roll called the "B.B Tostada," which is spicy tuna, spicy salmon, chopped tomato and avocado on top of fried wanton skin. For those who are not exactly crazy for sushi, there are other alternatives such as chicken teriyaki, tempura and udon on the menu. It has a variety of healthy salads, which are topped with seafood and house dressing. If you're looking for value, ordering an entree that includes rice, miso soup and green salad may be the way to go. It is also open for lunch on weekdays and offers lunch specials with Korean-style beef and teriyaki.
