For 5 years Ocean Blue has been serving Japanese seafood to locals and visitors, but especially visitors. In fact, it's the first thing you see when you get off the train in Redlands! Though windows are tinted to block the often blindingly bright Redlands sun, the indoor is large, well-lit and airy. A sushi bar manned by one or two sushi chefs is shaped in a long "U," with customers sitting around being able to see all the sushi-mastery only feet away. Traditional hot Japanese cuisine is made on a hibachi, as is Yaki Soba, a dish hard to find on many menus.
