Jim and Margaret Knudson discovered the taco in 1949 as college kids and the rest is history. Since then, "Jimboy" and Margaret have been making tacos. Today there are more than 40 locations in Northern California and Nevada to discover the Jimboy Taco. Select from more than 16 traditional Mexican foods filled with either carintas, fish or vegetables. Side orders are French fries, tortillas and chips.
