Togo's started out in 1971 when a young college student bought a small sandwich shack in San Jose and started selling made-to-order sandwiches that were stuffed with fresh vegetables. He did something right, because today Togo's has more than 240 restaurants and is still serving up its healthy sandwiches. Everything is made to order and customers can choose from a variety of meat and cheese fillings, spreads, breads and vegetable toppings.

The pastrami sandwich is the biggest seller in Roseville, followed by the turkey sandwich. Togo's also provides a nice selection of salads, including Caesar, Asian chicken, chef's salad, green salad and taco salad.
