The opening of BeachFire in the heart of downtown San Clemente in 2002, started a revival of San Clemente’s Main street. BeachFire is now proud to be part of a thriving dining scene in San Clemente.Dave & Allison Donaldson opened BeachFire Bar and Grill, their first restaurant, in downtown San Clemente on the night of the Summer Solstice in 2002. For Dave and Allison, the restaurant business has always been a way to build community. The couple had been “in the business” for many years, with Dave’s role as GM for Chart House in Dana Point, but they wanted to create a place of their own where they could connect with people around a common theme of delicious food, fun entertainment, and vibrant art.
