I’d like to take a moment and thank you for coming to my restaurant. I’ve been fortunate to have been able to travel to some pretty wonderful places looking for surf and good times. If you look around the restaurant and bar you’ll find all kinds of goodies I’ve collected or received as gifts during my travels. My entire life has centered around the ocean, food and friendships. Throughout my travels I’ve picked up a wide palette of different recipes and flavorsand have brought them all together for you to enjoy. The recipes presented here represent the very best I’ve found in my life. Intense flavors, exotic spices, sunshine and freshness from the Hawaiian Islands, Caribbean, Mexico, Australia and other cultures are integrated into our menu.
