Meatballs! Meatballs! Meatballs! The Cafasso Meatball Company is a family style, casual eatery with a focus on meatballs. The Cafasso recipes go back generations and are rooted in Cicerale, Italy. Vittorio Cafasso immigrated to the United States in 1954. In 1970 he and his wife Rosemary opened Vittorio's Italian Restaurant in Huntington Beach, CA. After a successful run of nearly 30 years they retired, sold the restaurant and moved to San Diego. Two of his daughters are bringing back the recipes that made Vittorio's such a success and adding a few new twists on an old tradition.
