We are very happy with the great response from our patrons about our automatic service charge policy. Checking the comment cards, 97 out of 100 patrons reported great service and a wonderful experience.Our service charges collected are distributed to all of our staff, and teamwork is #1. We find this lets everyone concentrate on doing the best job possible, and not worrying who will or won’t tip. Everyone gets great, professional service!But just in case something goes wrong, and of course it can, we’re only human! We offer our “good service guarantee”.
