Manuera opened his first restaurant, Baker Street Bistro in San Francisco, which he owned and operated for 18 years. His dream of creating a traditional neighborhood restaurant became a reality when he purchased a fire damaged building in the North Panhandle which he completely refurbished and transformed into Bistro Central Parc, a name chosen by neighbors and friends during a BBQ on a Saturday afternoon.Working with Manuera, to insure that the entirety of Bistro Central Parc dining experience is a good one, is Chef de Cuisine Nicolas Jardin who brings his modern creativity.So as you stroll through the streets of Nopa near the panhandle, come and enjoy dinner in a true neighborhood restaurant which will remind you of New York and Paris neighborhood style bistros.
