Our physical layout provides us with an extraordinary ability to produce "custom made to order" lunches in a minimum amount of time. This is accomplished by having separate sandwich stations each with its own responsibility. Separate beverage and salad bar locations also contribute, and most of all, separate cashier stations capable of handling sixteen customers per minute. Our sandwich stations provide what we call a "self equalization of sales." This keeps labor to a minimum so that savings can be passed on to the customer.
