Sushi Tai and Korean Restaurant located in the Ortega Village Center opened its doors just about a year ago. It features a calming, tranquil dining room because of the romantic lighting and modern design, yet it still has the theatrical aspect of a sushi bar. Diners get to sit in front of the master chefs who make all of the to-order sushi by hand. In the dining room section, there are traditional Korean ovens where dinners cook their own Korean barbecue dishes of meats, seafood and vegetables. Sushi Tai does have a take-out menu, but its much more fun (and fresher) to dine-in and be a part of the show.
