Derived from the Spanish phrase, el coraz n del valle or heart of the valley, CordeValle is a secluded retreat in a setting 30 minutes south of San Jose, Calif. Infused with country club charm and a number of amenities, such as the nearly 7,170-yard championship golf course by designer Robert Trent Jones Jr., the resort is a sanctuary with its natural surroundings. The resort s accommodations consist of nearly 50 rooms offered as bungalows, fairway homes or secluded villas. Each room is equipped with a king sized bed.
