San Ramon's First Republic Bank does not look like an ordinary bank. Upon entering, customers are greeted with a seating area complete with chairs and a large plasma screen TV. All of the banking stations are sit-down style with a personal banker to assist. The bank also offers customers complimentary coffee and Otis Spunkmeyer cookies. Kate Cooper, the bank's branch manager, describes First Republic Bank as a relationship based bank that keeps it's customers coming back for years.
