Founded in 1954 in Encino, Calif., El Torito is a pioneer in the California full-service Mexican casual dining restaurant segment. Operational for more than 50 years, it is one of the largest Mexican restaurant brands in California and operates franchise locations in Japan, Turkey and the Middle East.
