The staff at Amelia's is comprised of various individuals from the Diaz family, with Amelia at the helm. For the past eight years, they have been making their patrons feel like part of the family. The atmosphere here is warm and welcoming. Everything it offers is made-to-order, and its pastries are baked fresh on-site.
