Anisette is a French brasserie serving hearty French dishes in the historic Clock Tower building.  The brainchild of famous French chef Alain Giraud, formerly of Citrus, Lavande and Bastide.  Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, this beachfront-adjacent brasserie has a casual atmosphere where you can park yourself at the long zinc bar, imported from France, for a glass of champagne, a dozen oysters, or a plate of charcuterie. 

The dining room features distressed mirrors, high ceilings and red leather banquettes.  Open 17 hours a day, the breakfast menu features home-made pastries and buttery croissants.  Lunch and dinner favorites include seafood platter, chilled pea soup with mint, steak tartare and the French favorite, Croque-Monsieur.  Ghe restaurant features a well-chosen wine list including glass service. Children are welcome. Street parking and city lots are open on 2^nd Street.
