Earth Wind & Flour serves Italian food "just slightly west of Italy" in a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. The main dining room has sawdust on the floor and rustic furnishings, and there is a full bar with more seating and televisions for sports.

Salads and pastas are served in small, medium or family-style sizes. Pastas are very customizable, served with choice of regular or whole wheat spaghetti, linguini, rigatoni, penne, fettuccini, spinach fettuccini, angel hair or rainbow rotelli; gluten-free pasta is also available. Sauces to choose from include homemade marinara, homemade meat sauce, marinara and mushrooms, garlic and oil, alfredo, pesto and pomodoro, and customers can add meatballs, sausage, chicken, shrimp or scallops to any pasta.

The pizzas here are Boston-style deep-dish, with choice of white or whole wheat dough. Customers can order one of the ten pizza creations on the menu, or create their own with more than 20 topping choices.

Specialties not on the menu include farfalle alfredo, cheese tortellini and pecan crusted rainbow trout. Free Wi-Fi is available for customers.
