Equity Office Properties, in business for more than 30 years, is a commercial real-estate company with properties all over the United States. One of those is Palm Court, which houses the Yahoo Center, retail outlets and a food court. The office and shopping complex features two courtyards, three fountains and landscaped grounds lined with trees, trimmed bushes and exotic plants.
