Koo Koo Roo "Chicken Bistro" is a Los Angeles restaurant chain that opened in 1988. Its signature rotisserie chicken can be ordered as a combination of white and dark cuts, or served in a selection of sandwiches and wraps. Sides available with the chicken include green beans, roasted garlic potatoes, Ross squash, sauteed mushrooms, mashed potatoes, homemade stuffing, black beans, saffron rice, steamed broccoli, tomato basil salad, fresh fruit and cole slaw. Some turkey selections are also available. Food is ordered at the counter, then brought to customers' tables in short time.
