For 25 years Jose and Aurora Rodriquez have been feeding authentic Mexican seafood cuisine to Angelinos. Jose, called "Maestro de Salsas" by area chefs, specializes in sauces for fish, shellfish and vegetables.  His over 30 homemades salsas range from avocado-based salmon-toppers to 4-alarm chilis.
