New York Bagel & Deli (formerly Manhattan Bagel) is a New York-style deli. Customers can choose from more than a dozen bagel varieties that are baked fresh daily. Bagel flavors include cinnamon raisin, egg, pumpernickel, rye, whole wheat, spinach, sundried tomato, onion, sesame, blueberry, poppy seed, garlic, salt and bialys. Cream cheese flavors include plain, lite, veggie, scallion, garlic and herb, tijuana hot, honey walnut and lox.

For sandwiches, the deli uses Boar's Head meats and cheeses and makes hot and cold sandwiches on different breads or bagels. Double-decker sandwiches and hot dogs are available. Coffee drinks are made with organic Peerless Coffee, which is available to buy as whole beans by the pound. Other baked goods include muffins, coffee cake, cinnamon rolls, turnovers and doughnuts.
