Refinances require slightly more equity than purchases.When you are unable to get a deal done with the banks, ARC Capital is here to help. ARC Capital closes many loans that were turned down elsewhere. We consistently close transactions and save purchases where banks could not. Credit scores are not an issue and we can lend on problem properties. If you have income but the banks don't like your tax returns, we may still be able to help you get a loan.
