Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse was originally opened as a place the working man could get a steak dinner for the family at a price he could afford. That idea hasn't changed. Beef is the main fare but you'll also find pork ribs, seafood and chicken on the menu along with salads and desserts. When they say "casual" they mean it, so if you wear a tie, expect to have it cut off and hung on the wall before you leave.
