Grown and harvested in an historic Sonoma County vineyard, B Wise wines - sold under the label name "Trios" - can be tasted out of the Sonoma-Enoteca collective off the Plaza. The vineyard location, close to the famed Monte Rosso winery, is also the site of a 19th century rock quarry that according to legend provided a number of the cobblestones to pave the streets of San Francisco. Founder Brian Wise bought the property in 2000 and created a vineyard at the site with an eye for reclaiming his farming upbringing. Since 2002 the 100-acre estate has churned out its signature "Proprietary Red" blend and launched a high end cabernet through the "Brion" label.
