Bright and sunny, Fiorini is a taste of Lucca, Italy, right in Sonoma. Owner Grazia Bianchi and her son-in-law, head baker Massimo "Max" Fiorini, endeavor to bring the "grandest, most truly Italian" bakery and cafe experience possible, and hope to educate customers on the authentic flavors of Luccan baked goods. The shop boasts a large front window and mirrored side walls tastefully adorned with shelves of breads, Italian wines, Tuscan dishes and Venetian vases. Exotic and enticing cookies include brutti ma buoni, ricciarelli, amaretti, spumoni, three kinds of biscotti, and many more. Specialties include St. Honore and wedding cakes. Along with desserts the cafe offers daily special plates, pizzetes, salads, panini and sandwiches.
