Let's Cook Santa Cruz is a recreational culinary school. It offers a variety of baking and cooking classes taught by local food professionals and leading chef. The school offers both hands-on and demonstration programs, with classes that include Knife Skills, Ravioli Making, Artisan Pizza Making and Cooking Basics. Classes are regularly added and availability may vary. The school supports local farms and businesses and uses local fresh organic ingredients whenever possible.
